Just now, I'm offering here a marvelous and scarce antique from circa 1890-1900 Beadwork sewing basket. Rectangular shape, hand made by skinful Bulgarian prisoner of war in Diyarbakir Turkish Empire.
Crochet knitted micro glass beads beadwork that featuring color beads Tit bird on spring branches. Artist signed with initial in Cyrillic with black beads ''LP''. Made of solid cardboard covered with beadwork on outside and lined with burgundy plush inside and on the bottom. It is very good preserved with minor imperfections du to age. See photos. Still nice example of this art. I'm selling it originally as is found.
