5 Ambrotypes, 1 African American Hidden Mother, Unusual Antique Framed Photos

This piece is being sold as found. I don’t know know if the ambrotypes originally were found together or were just framed together. The frame though antique, and poorly painted gold, is certainly not as old as the images. The only thing I have done is replaced the cheap old mat with a new one should the buyer wish to keep the images together. The upper left ambrotype is identified as Frank M Fletcher. All 5 images are 1/9 plates, and I can confirm all 5 are ambrotypes. The obvious jewel of the collection is the middle image, a very rare African American hidden mother. The first to last image shows the piece how I found it for reference. Please message with any questions, again being sold as found.
