NEW IN BOX - NEVER USED Vollrath 72017 is a Heat 'N Serve Rethermalizer. (Includes: stainless steel insert, lid and slotted serving spoon.)
Built to last for consistent use day-in and day-out, this rethermalizer has a stainless steel exterior that will remain cool and resist rust, scratches, dings, and dents. Using electricity in the most productive way possible, the 72017 has a direct contact heating system that heats water to precise temperatures.
The well, in which this heating element lies, is made from fiber-reinforced self-insulating resin, and because the element itself is made from cast-in non-stick aluminum, it won't promote scale build-up. These design decisions ensure that this appliance will be effortless to clean and durable enough to provide years of consistent service.
The easy to access controls are recessed so that temperatures cant be accidentally changed, potentially burning foods. To
keep soups, stews, sauces, chili, and fondues consistently warm and ready to serve

NOTE:  The Heat N Serve unit was originally shipped separately  from the stainless steel insert, lid and spoon.  I opened the box to combine all items and reduce shipping size and cost.
