Lumastrobe Heliport Perimeter Lighting System - 12 Strobe Lights LX-18 - Mounts
Used as set dressing for a tv production, they don't look as if they were ever used.  I had some extra strobes and mounting hardware that is included into this kit.
LX-18 Strobe Costs .60 each, I have 11 included in the kit for a total retail cost of 2.60
