    Lovely little Mauchline Ware thimble case in the shape of a barrel.  The case shows views of  Cambuskenneth Abbey and measures approximately 2" tall.  It's in excellent condition with no damage and the sterling thimble is hallmarked as shown.  The thimble does show some needle holes from use.  A lovely piece for your Mauchline Ware collection.
