Fits Mercury V6 Engines with 7/8" dia. Prop Shaft
The hub kit 835257K6 with the forward bushing compared to hub kit 835257K1 without the bushing allows this hub kit to be more stable when used on larger and heavier stainless steel propellers.
Additionally, the forward hub bushing allows the hub kit 835257K6 nut to be torqued up to 100-foot pounds compared to 55-foot pounds on the 835257K1 without the forward hub bushing
