MEXICO ARTISAN, SIGNED, STERLING SILVER, PRESSED, HANDMADE, VINTAGE SOMBRERO. The HAT weighs 23.8 grams.  The hat's measurement is 2 & 13/16" wide in diameter by 1 & 1/16'' tall.
