    Description

Born in 1912, Pearl always claimed to have come from Grinder's Switch, Tennessee, in reality a railroad junction station just outside Centerville, the hometown of her alter ego and creator Sarah Ophelia Colley. This lithograph was obtained at the museum dedicated to Minnie Pearl that was situated just outside the Grand Ole Opry House at Opryland USA (next to another museum dedicated to Roy Acuff), but the museum closed along with the theme park in 1997.  Her museum was a replica of her actual house.
This beautiful lithograph in either charcoal or graphite is a limited edition and was obtained at her museum in 1994.
A limited edition of 3000... this is number #475
Size: 16" x 20"  In very good condition.  Looks like a couple smudge marks but they could be part of the original drawing..?? Not sure, and don't want to try to remove.  Produced on heavy poster paper.
Poster has been stored rolled and will be shipped rolled in heavy duty cardboard tube.
