Replaces OEM automatic/hydraulic tensioner
Eliminates out-of-timing problems caused by the OEM automatic tensioner
Eliminates excess tension/premature engine wear caused by OEM hydraulic tensioner
Eliminates cam chain rattling caused by factory tensioner failure
