Refinished Solid Oak Antique Wheeler & Wilson Sewing Machines Attachments Box

Refinished and restored Wheeler & Wilson sewing machine attachments box. Box lid is embossed with the company logo. This finger joined box is a wonderful dark honey colored oak. It’s 8 5/8” long x 3 1/4” tall x 2 3/4” deep. Inside measures 8" long x 2 5/8" deep x 2" tall. Very rare original purple lining; most had a burgundy colored cloth. Hinges and push button lock are in good working order. Original finish was removed and the box was refinished with several coats of MinWax Satin Varnish and hand-buffed with paste wax and 0000 steel wool. A very special item in beautiful condition.
