Solar Variable Load Battery & Systems Tester No 1855 Parts Or Repair. I can hear a bolt rolling around inside. I did hook up to battery and it did do a reading on DC Volts side. See photos.  What you see is what you get. Maybe it works fine. Maybe someone good with their hands can open it up and see what bolt is loose. See photos for condition and description.
