    These are used Fisher Plow mounts that have been stored in our basement on pallets. The only thing they "need" to work is mounting hardware, but a little scraping and a can of spray paint wouldn't hurt. They don't come with nuts/bolts.
    These are non-returnable and are being sold as is.
