Vintage Baby Boy White Romper

Description

This romper is in exceptional condition and most of the romper is hand sewn , only the scallop edges are not. The belt buttons in the back and there are 2 belt loops in front and 2 in back this seem to create the waist line and there three buttons at the bottom which of course helps with diaper changeing.  The sleeves have a what I think is call a puff pleat this is my opinion only.  This romper has no maker tag, therefore I don't know size, fabric content or how to launder.  I can tell this fabric is light weight.
